Above and Beyond Experience Eli worked on getting us the numbers we wanted from sales manager Bryan, to get into a new Pilot. We got close enough on price and then it was between a Pilot and a Durango. We had a list to compare what we wanted and the +'s and -'s. On our 3rd test drive, Eli helped us to see why the pilot was the best car for us. Eli was so easy to talk to, ask questions, knowledgeable, fun personality, ect... Chyryln and Eli went out of their way to get the tow package and roof rails on before we came back with the check the next day, What a pleasant surprise and that saved us an appointment time to come back. It was a 'God thing' that they even had the parts all there for us. We got to go in the back to meet Rob the mechanic who made the additions possible which he said it was unusual that everything got done in such short notice. Also it was awesome that Chyryln was our Finance person, she was there 3 years ago when we bought our CR-V, she handles everything so easy going and she knows her stuff. She handled everything and even requested our refund from our previous oil/tire warranty. She was very efficient at what she does (it would have taken me forever to fill out what was needed). Also after having a CR-V and coming in for oil changes i am impressed with the service I have received in all areas! Above and Beyond Service!!! More

Amazing This is now the second vehicle I have purchased from Honda Cars of Bellevue and I am FAR from disappointed. This time around I was helped by Rachel. W This is now the second vehicle I have purchased from Honda Cars of Bellevue and I am FAR from disappointed. This time around I was helped by Rachel. When I first arrived she was busy with another customer but was eager to help me when she was finished. Rachel was extraordinary, she managed to work with both me and her other customer at the same time, while they were looking at the cars and seeing what they liked she would come check to see if I had any questions or what I was looking for for vehicle. Her other customer came first to her and I had no problem waiting at all and was very impressed with her being able to juggle two customers like that. When it came finalizing my choice, Rachel was even more helpful, I'd had her get price estimates for me on two different vehicles, a '17 civic hatchback and a '17 civic si, with different down payments to see what it would do for monthly payments for my lease and was more than happy to do it. Rachel was even more so helpful in helping me finalize my option due to being stuck between the hatchback and the Si, and understood both sides of where I was coming from on wanting a manual but wanting far cheaper payments that i had on my truck I had purchased from a different dealership. Rachel just kept encouraging me to choose whatever vehicle I wanted and would be happy with and not to worry so much about what my parents were wanting me to go with due to it being my car. We ended up going for a test drive to give me a chan e to drive the hatchback and think about my options and monthly payment. After the test drive encouraged me to see what both cars would do to my insurance to try and help me figure out which I could afford and even offered to take me back and show my the red hatchback that they were currently doing the new car check over on. Rachel kept reminding me that this is a lease not financing to own that I was doing, so either car I went with in 3 years I could trade it in for something newer and maybe even get my manual then, or who knows might contact me sooner if the dealership needs used cars and once she showed me the red hatchback, I was sold. Needless to say between this experience and my last experience 3 years ago with Tony for my last purchase with them, I will continue to come back to purchase more vehicle and hope Rachel is still working there and would love to have her as my sales person again! Thank you so very much again Rachel! =) 5 stars is definitely not enough to rate Rachel or Honda Cars or Bellevue! More

Wonderful experience! I went in to look at the new HR-V. This was my first new car in 13 years, but my grandpa has used them for a very long time and he highly recommended I went in to look at the new HR-V.
