I went into purchase a 2015 Honda Pilot LX and purchased a Honda certified 2013 Pilot EX with low mileage again because of the knowledge and information from Nozim. Cheryl handling the paper work with me and explaining the benefits of purchasing the extended warranty with no pressure was a positive experience. Nozim Sharipov gave me all information I wanted to know about changes in the 2015 CRV EX-L model, and outlined special new features of which I had no prior knowledge. Cheryl Oxner processed the stack of paperwork like a whiz, and yet managed to convey needed information about financing, car values and financial terms. I work as an accountant and so I could appreciate the amount of paperwork she needed to process in a short time. Brian Kelly was very supportive of his sales staff and took the time to chat with a customer. I would highly recommend the management and staff at Honda Cars of Bellevue.
