Ethical Business Practices I bought my first CRV five years ago and have been taking my car to Honda of Tysons Corner for service since then. Brian Giles always takes great car I bought my first CRV five years ago and have been taking my car to Honda of Tysons Corner for service since then. Brian Giles always takes great care of me and he's very straight forward. He explains everything and makes me feel like I really matter to him as a customer. The service quality is excellent as I have never had an issue with any repairs. The hours are super convenient and I'm happy with the customer service experience. More

Best in the Business Brian Giles is absolutely the best in the business. He is extremely friendly and courteous, always manages to squeeze us in for service quickly, and Brian Giles is absolutely the best in the business. STAY AWAY - FAKE PROBLEMS Brought in for airbag recall and to check a problem with the brakes. 2 hours later, got a call that we needed $3,500 worth of repairs. Took car home a Brought in for airbag recall and to check a problem with the brakes. 2 hours later, got a call that we needed $3,500 worth of repairs. Took car home and brought to trusted mechanic. The rear brake pads and rotor were replaced for $200 less than their estimate. None of the other problems truly existed. This is why people do not trust dealers service centers. More

Happy Wife, Happy Life I had my wife take my Honda Accord for an oil change after enough discussions on why I couldn't and how she doesn't like to go to the dealership(s) fo I had my wife take my Honda Accord for an oil change after enough discussions on why I couldn't and how she doesn't like to go to the dealership(s) for service on our cars. Well, Brian made the difference. He gave an estimate on the time it would take, updated her during the service and had the service completed BEFORE she thought it would be done. She was happy driving the card back. Well done Tysons Honda and Brian. More

Oil change and tire rotation I visited the dealreship for the first time to service my new 2016 Honda HRV for its first oil change and tyre rotation. On arrival: no body came I visited the dealreship for the first time to service my new 2016 Honda HRV for its first oil change and tyre rotation. On arrival: no body came to me. I waited for a while and I had to go to one of the windows and ask for help. I went with appointment and was told that told it may take 2 to 3 hrs to complete. In the end I had to wait for 3.5 hrs. And the car was not washed because I was told that if I want the wash I would have waited longer. After all done and I start driving home, I noticed that the tyre pressure indicator is on. I was couriers and stopped by to a nearby autoshop and checked the tyres. The standard for the HRV is 32psi, but the tyres were loaded to 36 and 33 for the rear tyres and 34 and 33 for the front tyres. What a day to spend for just a regular oil change and tyre rotation. More
