I had a tire with a nail in it. I called the service department expecting not to be able to get in for a couple days but instead they said I could come right in. When I first checked in the person was by my vehicle and told me to wait inside to get checked in. It took a long time before he came inside to check me in. He didn’t give me anything to sign for the ser told me to wait inside to get checked in. It took a long time before he came inside to check me in. He didn’t give me anything to sign for the service they were going to perform. It was supposed to take about 2.5 hours. When I called after 5 hours he said yes they just finished it and I could come pick it up. Then I got a text message saying it was ready. What a coincidence. When I went to pick it up it took a while for him to figure out how to check me out. All the while that he was outside running around there were other people just sitting around not doing anything that could have helped him. Don’t know if I will come back or just go to McCarthy to get my service work. More

Great advice on servicing our car. Great customer service, they did a wonderful job servicing our car as it needed a lot of work, and I thought for the amount of work they did that it Great customer service, they did a wonderful job servicing our car as it needed a lot of work, and I thought for the amount of work they did that it was done in a very timely manner and the cost was worth it. You have to realize we drove our 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix off the lot and it felt like a whole different car! Excellent first car for our son! Thank you Robert Brogden! More
