My experience at Byers was great. From the minute I walked in, John Hess made me feel comfortable and wasn't afraid to give me his opinions without being pushy. I wasn't sure what I wanted and he recommended a few items and introduced me to the Prius V and leasing as an option to consider. I didn't end up with either (the Prius sunroof doesn't open!), but really appreciated the options. John was understanding and listened to me and was patient while I decided on a car. I had two trade-in's as well and everyone was very honest and fair in dealing with those; even with a Car Fax issue I had to correct on one of them. The process was fairly painless and simple and I appreciate everyone's friendliness and honesty throughout the whole process. It is intimidating looking and making a decision on your own, but I felt comfortable in asking John's help. This was a tough situation for me for personal reasons and the entire staff was kind and supportive even though they didn't know why or how much I needed it. Recommended! More

The sales team was Great. Very friendly and very accommodating. Not pushy. Great Demeanor. They reached out to me on a daily basis to try and make things work. Brian worked through the weekend to get me my car on a Monday. And he saveed me over $200. Bill drove 1-1/2 hours each way to deliver my car on a Monday evening. Stacy was wonderful,explained every little detail of everything, answered all my questions no matter how dumb! She made an experience I was dreading into a very good experience! She spent a lot of time in the car with me explaining things, She was great! Curt was great also explaining the hard part,tbe money!! I love my new Rave 4.It is so easy to drive, and thanks to everyone there I was really comfortable driving it home that night.I also know just what to do when I return for service. We have dealt with Billie and Brian for the last 3 years. We had been involved in an accident with our RAV4 and it was very emotional. Billie and Brian were both very helpful and understanding. We have both our Toyotas serviced there and Tara and Josh in the service department have always gone the extra mile to make us feel important. I would highly recommend John Hess and this Toyota dealership. Even my friend, who was with me when I bought my new Highlander, said she would return to Byers for her next new car purchase. Everyone dealership. Even my friend, who was with me when I bought my new Highlander, said she would return to Byers for her next new car purchase. Everyone was very helpful and respectful. In 2007 I went to a Toyota dealership in Columbus, Ohio and had a very negative experience so I was not sure what to expect when I pulled into Byers Toyota in Delaware, Ohio. As I stated previously, this experience was outstanding. Thank you John Hess, Bryan D., Matt and Byers Toyota for an outstanding car buying experience. More
