We really enjoyed working with Erik. He went out of his way multiple times to help us secure a deal. Very personable and we never felt forced in a specific direction. Brian provided a competitive price and his product knowledge was vast. He listened to our concerns and accommodated our idiosyncratic needs. We wish Brian could have helped us with the final "finance" up-sell portion too. We paid cash and at that point in the process just wanted to sign the docs and drive our new car home. Instead, we had to sit in Dave's office who we found to be a bit pushy and not entirely straight-forward (mentioned the 3yr bumper to bumper warranty but not the 5yr powertrain warranty when trying to sell us a 6yr warranty for ~$2600), But in all fairness, that is his job and he did try to tailor his offering to our specific situation. Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase thanks to Brian Cerda's efforts and will return to him specifically for any future car-buying needs. More
