We had already decided to by a kia based on our internet shopping. I called the internet sales rep and told them that our credit union would only finance 80% of MSRP. I was told by Darrell that, that was shopping. I called the internet sales rep and told them that our credit union would only finance 80% of MSRP. I was told by Darrell that, that was not possible but he could possibly get me 92% of MSRP. When I got to dealership we were helped by Brian who was VERY nice and knowledgeable about the car. When we told him we had been quoted 92% MSRP he said that was not a problem and showed us the cars. We were also told that we would go by internet price which was significantly lower than the price on the sticker. During the conversation with our sales person, We were told that he could probably make us a good price on a standard transmission because they were harder to move. We decided to look at a standard thinking that we would get at least 92% MSRP and possibly even better since they were hard to move. When we got down to the cost we found out that basically we were just told we could get the car at 92% of MSRP but in reality the internet price was the best we could get. Darrell said that he only told me that to let me know that there was no way he could do 80%. Since we were not eligible for the military discount, and after adding in $750 standard shipping price the internet price was only $20 cheaper than the sticker price. Also we had to pay an additional 40 for a cord to hook up the ipod to the stereo system. This would not have been so bad if we had known before we were trying to set up the ipod before driving off the lot with our car. We had to go back and get the cord after telling our sales rep how important the music was. We didn't make a stink at the dealership. We already knew we wanted the kia. We felt like the payments were in our price range and we got a fair % rate on our loan. We are happy with the Kia and look forward to driving it but feel very let down by what felt like a shady car sales experience. More

I really enjoyed working with Scott and Bryan. They both offered excellent customer service and honest business dealings. After speaking to Scott in Savannah, I realized that the Optima was in my price range afterall. When I spoke to my Columbus salesman, he wanted me to give him the price Savannah was offering as he did not want to lose me. It was at that point that I decided, if I was going to buy, I was going to buy from Scott. His integrity sold me... so I bought two Kias from Scott on July 4th! More

This is the 2nd car i have purchased from this dealership. I like the sales staff and financin department. They were very accomdating. I also purchasd a spare tire from the parts dept for my 2012 dealership. I like the sales staff and financin department. They were very accomdating. I was looking for a affordable gas saving car just to commute back and fourth to work. I made one call to Kia country of Savannah and spoke to Scott Downer and we went through his inventory and on that o commute back and fourth to work. I sent him my credit he got me approved and I booked my flight from New York to Savannah. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Scott he introduced me to Brian Buxton he sent through all the paper work and I was in and out in no time and resting my accommodations they provided for me. Best car buying experience I have ever had. Keep up the good work guys. More

I have bought two new cars from this dealership within 6 months time. The staff is friendly enough, but I understand that they have to befriend you to get a sale and it's not truly a friendship but more of months time. I did not go to this dealership because I was looking for a friend but because they were the cheapest within 100 miles. The first car I bought was a 2012 2.0 turbo Optima SX with premium package. Prior to going to the dealership, I knew what I was willing to pay for the vehicle and thanks to Autotrader I knew what I would be getting for my trade, so no haggling at all. Had my own financing and with all that it took 3 hours from the time I arrived until I left. Kinda long for my liking. The second car we bought was a 2012 Forte Koup SX for my wife. This time we were not sure what she wanted so we test drove three prospects. Again used Autotrader for Trade in and had our own financing, but this time they beat the rate. The whole transaction took right at 4 hours. That was understandable because of the test drives. Only thing that would have given them higher marks, if they threw in the first oil change for free but they would not budge. If anything really needs improving at this dealership it would be their service department. Unfriendly and uncaring. More

I will and have recommended this dealership! I have a few local Kia dealerships I could've gone to, but the prices are much better here. Also, Scott was still happy to work with me even after he saw my not-t local Kia dealerships I could've gone to, but the prices are much better here. Also, Scott was still happy to work with me even after he saw my not-too-nice credit score. There was no pressure and no hassle. My dad bought a new car from Kia Country of Savannah last week and got the same great service. Scott and Brian continue to check up on me. It was very woth the hour drive from Brunswick.
