Worst customer service experience I've had since moving to GA. I had a service contract with Zurich and told that I couldn't use it. Yall made me sit in a waiting room for almost 3 hours and charged me $14 to GA. I had a service contract with Zurich and told that I couldn't use it. Yall made me sit in a waiting room for almost 3 hours and charged me $148.50 for an oil change. Your place is a joke. And the cashier lady? She needs to be fired as well for being rude and disrespectful when asked "what do I need to pay for?" And she responds with "idk, but you had service done, go talk to your Advisor" More

Dealer needs another electric and hybrid expert;quality of work is good but quicker response would be appreciated. I asked the person who answered the service phone about whether I should drive (1/2 hour) of work is good but quicker response would be appreciated. I asked the person who answered the service phone about whether I should drive (1/2 hour) or have car towed (coolant temperature had been as high as 123); she consulted another employee, and advised me to get a tow. Cost me $150, probably unnecessarily. More

Had to wait a week before they even looked at the truck. They then took another week to fix it. We paid and got in the vehicle and the problem was still there. The dealership was good but my advisor was the worse experience. I guess he was upset that I didn’t get the work done at that moment and so when I came to get my car, someone tried to get him and let hi experience. I guess he was upset that I didn’t get the work done at that moment and so when I came to get my car, someone tried to get him and let him know I was there, he talked pass me to them, walked pass me twice and looked at me. Not one time did he introduce himself in person or even acknowledge me and he is who I had been texting about my car the entire time. I had not seen him in person because I had dropped my car off at night when they were closed. He was rude. He had no customer service, and what he gave through text message when he thought he would get my money was so different in person. I had all the intentions to bring my car back and have it fixed at Chevy however, I’m grateful I was able to see his true colors and if I do return, I will make sure to state that he will not be my advisor. More
