Well, it started off with an oil change and ended with me having to replace the hood latches on my Jeep. One of the technicians I guess did not see the keyhole on the hood latch proceeded to yank it off brea having to replace the hood latches on my Jeep. One of the technicians I guess did not see the keyhole on the hood latch proceeded to yank it off breaking the lock. It would not have bothered me if they had said something before they let me drive my Jeep home with a single latch, holding my hood down. When I noticed what happened I reached out to the lot. I had to drive back to the lot to show them that it was broken. They told me to order a new set, which I did and send them the invoice and they would reimburse me. When I sent the invoice, they gave me a credit to my account. I asked for an actual refund of a check, which of course red tape three weeks later still have not seen the check for the replacement hood latches. I really like the sales people here, but I will not be coming back to get my vehicle service here ever again. The fact that they allowed me to drive home with one hood latch, broken speaks volumes for how much stuff they cover up and don’t tell customers More

I was sold a truck that had a check engine light on prior to purchase but was told that it would be taken care of before I picked it up. That wasn’t the case. Months later and around 15 visits to the dealers to purchase but was told that it would be taken care of before I picked it up. That wasn’t the case. Months later and around 15 visits to the dealership later, around 8 hours sitting in the lobby, with most of the time them just clearing the codes and sending me out the door, they’re still refusing to do right by the customer (who has purchased 3 vehicles here) by just swapping my truck for a comparable truck so I can move on with my life. I still have a check engine light and their next step is to take the engine apart. On a brand new truck, and still no swap for me despite requests. What they have done is attempted to sell me a new truck just like mine, but with me taking an almost $20K hit (my truck has 7K miles on it) because of a flaw in what they sold me and nothing of my own doing. Since the truck had the issue before selling it to me, and still has it despite assurances that it would be fixed prior to pick up months ago, it was sold to me under false pretenses.. that said, they’re still not doing the right thing and putting me in a new truck, with their excuse being I “bought the truck from previous management” as if that’s my problem More
