Customer care Every time I go there I am never disapointed. They have worked with me when it has been about cost of parts and have always made sure I knew the car I Every time I go there I am never disapointed. They have worked with me when it has been about cost of parts and have always made sure I knew the car I was loaned. Even with this past snow fall they were super busy. They still took excellent care of me and somehow got my car done that day. I was amazed by this because I had to tow the car there with 2 flat front tires and a dead battery. Dropped off the keys first thing and done by the time I got of work. Polite, honest and friendly. Been going for years. More

I also did not appreciate the fact that I was not followed up with when I requested or that when called a voice message is not always left if the call is missed. I also do not like how when a call is returned, the staff members have no idea why they called as if they do not notate our accounts. More
