He was great throughout the entire process and I will say the dealership in the end did make the deal happen so I was very happy with the overall experience, eventually. More

Bought a 2013 Honda crv drove it less then 500 miles and the steering went out. It cost over 2200 dollars to get fix. They said they service and checked it out after a 15 mile drive. They would only pay the steering went out. It cost over 2200 dollars to get fix. They said they service and checked it out after a 15 mile drive. They would only pay for half of the bill I think think they should have pay the hole costs. Sales man said if any thing went wrong with it in a short period they take care of it. It only had less than 60000 miles on it Will not recommend them to anyone Jack Hicks Not a happy camper. More

I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Trail Hawk diesel at Firkins in Bradenton, FL. I was talked into a four oil change pre-buy offer; now being told it "expires" based on time rather than the four 'occasio Firkins in Bradenton, FL. I was talked into a four oil change pre-buy offer; now being told it "expires" based on time rather than the four 'occasions' I was sold on - not good since I am not a high mileage driver. During oil change number two a couple months ago I was told there was a recall on the EGR Cooler but they didn't have the parts so could not do it during that service session. Got the official notice from Jeep corporate on the "Important Safety Recall" in the mail several weeks later. I phoned Firkins, being passed through three different phone forwards (at least they were live people). At the Service Department, number two says "Oh yeah, that recall will take a while for you to schedule because we can only get one of those parts per month and you are looking at about seven months out"; you need to talk to the Parts Department (no response to my question of why hadn't it been ordered when I was in last time and the part wasn't in stock). Number three is the Parts department who attempts to get me off the phone by saying "I need the VIN" with a tone like ... surely you don't have it; but I did. Then I was told "Oh, that's really not a recall 'yet', it's just an advanced notice of a recall that is coming." I indicated that "Well, that is certainly NOT how the "Important Safety Recall" from Jeep headquarters is worded." At that point I was basically totally blown off since they wouldn't order a part of a 'non-existent' 'pending' recall. So I indicated I would, therefore, make my next phone call to the NTSB to assure they are aware that the notification of recall by Jeep Corporate may NOT be satisfying the intent of the National Traffic and Motor Vehicle Safety Act referenced in the first line of the "Important Safety Recall" from Jeep headquarters. I rarely do reviews however in this case it is definitely warranted. The salesman who initiated the transaction, Brian McCant, is awesome! There was no pressure to interact with Brian but he was there when warranted. The salesman who initiated the transaction, Brian McCant, is awesome! There was no pressure to interact with Brian but he was there when we had questions. Brian is courteous, funny and knowledgeable, You can’t ask for more than that. The Sales Manager Royce Oliver and Kristine Scherer were also just as awesome. You absolutely cannot have a better team to serve you than these 3 individuals. I will definitely recommend Firkins to anyone who will listen! More
