I have had pretty good luck with oil changes and now this recall. They insist my truck doesn't have grease fittings and it does. I grease them myself and honestly wouldn't want them to do it because I figure recall. They insist my truck doesn't have grease fittings and it does. I went at 9:30am for Express Service on my 2024 K5 and was told that service had been returned to appointment only. Thanks to Bobby(the car hop) I explained I lived 40miles away he intervened and spoke to was told that service had been returned to appointment only. Thanks to Bobby(the car hop) I explained I lived 40miles away he intervened and spoke to Service clerk and got me on and out by 12:40pm. You need to let customers who purchase cars know of such changes. More
