Thank you for your service I never have any problems when I go to the dealership. Great bunch of people. Friendly, nice. However, it is bit expensive for replacement parts. Great service - fast & easy The staff at the service center is always friendly and informative. Service is completed quickly and for a good price. Taking care of an update I was very pleased with the level of friendliness in the service department. All I have to do is park the car and they take the care of the rest, incl I was very pleased with the level of friendliness in the service department. The service department got me in for regular maintenance service at a time that was convenient for me, and they called me to let me know they had found some other items needing attention. Brett gave me a l service at a time that was convenient for me, and they called me to let me know they had found some other items needing attention. Brett gave me a list of those items and an estimate and allowed me to make the decision without any coercion. Jeff explained everything to me, and gave me a separate estimate for another service I thought my car would need soon. Both were polite, helpful and clear. Even though the service department was extremely busy that day, they did not make me feel hurried or a bother. More

The service at Allan Knott is fast, convenient, pleasant, and the price isn't too bad. The quality of the work seems to be good and they let me bring my own oil (Mobile 1 Synthetic) so I can save money. Pr and the price isn't too bad. Absolutely love my new ACURA MDX!! We came to the dealership approx. 2 weeks before actually making a purchase. We have done business with Allan Nott on several prior purchases. I didn't have any ide dealership approx. 2 weeks before actually making a purchase. We have done business with Allan Nott on several prior purchases. I didn't have any idea what vehicle I wanted this time. This experience was quite different, due to meeting additional staff members that would have nothing to do with my purchase. I entered the dealership several times in that time frame wanting to drive different cars. If John Gould was not available, there was always someone else there who wanted to help me or answer any one of my many questions. I visited 5 other dealerships and drove 11 different vehicles. John Gould and the staff continued to be big part as to why we just had to find something on this lot. I wanted a used vehicle and gave my specifications. John stayed in constant contact with my husband of everything he thought would be to my liking. Once I got into the Acura, there was no turning back. It was a perfect fit!!! The service department and all the other staff were always eager to help us out with our concerns. Why I gave this above rating and wrote this review is to say a big thank you to the entire staff. We will continue to do business with Allan Nott because of the service we receive and the caring staff every time we walk onto the lot. We will continue to recommend your dealership to our family and friends!! Thanks for everything!!! More

The mirror on the driver's side had been broken when we pulled our 2013 Toyota Sienna into our garage. At the last service (oil change, etc.) we received a quote for replacement.
