Jackie Mercer did a great job of getting us the right vehicle. When first pulled up, he greeted us at the door he remembered us when we purchased a new vehicle from him in 2011. He asked us what vehicle vehicle. When first pulled up, he greeted us at the door he remembered us when we purchased a new vehicle from him in 2011. He asked us what vehicle we wanted to take home today. We told him we were looking for a 2023 Expedition XLT. He said wait, right here, I have the right vehicle just for you. I asked my wife how is he going to bring us the right vehicle when we hadn't looked at them yet. However, when he came back and told my wife and me to step outside to see our new vehicle and when I saw my wife's eyes light up and the big smile on her face. We got inside the vehicle Jackie explained everything about the vehicle. We went for a test ride, and the rest was history we purchased that SUV. More
