Every time my car is in for service it is a very seamless process, well communicated process, and honest process. Its good to see the same people over and over again upon my arrival which tells me a lot about the place of business. I will continue to look to Fitzgerald first for service, as well as new and used car purchases. More

Very happy Alltrack purchaser Had 2 Benzs, loved em but expensive to maintain. 4th purchase of a VW from Fitzgerald for my partner and me, my first though. Love the Golf wagon but when the Alltrack was introduced I was smitten. Met Bret the fall of ‘16 and I said I’d be back when the time was right. Went back a couple of weeks ago, he remembered me as well as the prior transactions. I had a great test drive on all the roads I travel.. Decided I needed an SEL for the seats and told Bret what color I wanted. He had my contact info from a year ago, found the car at another dealership and had it brought over. The rest is history. It’s a great car, and it takes a lot to get me out of my 2004 Forrester XT. I had an Acura TSX wagon for 2 years but what a dreadful bore to drive. Cool looking though. I felt the pricing was very competitive and the service experience with the other 3 cars has been exemplary, why wouldn’t I do business width.Fitzgerald?! One final note, the paperwork process was so painless. Luis had all the answers with no pressure to buy the extra warranty things. He just told me the dates by which I had to commit and that was it. Who wants to commit to a car purchase and then agree to spend $1750 on an extended warranty for a car with 50 miles on the clock that you’ve never driven? More

In the meantime we moved to Easton, MD, so we completed the transaction at Fitzgerald in Annapolis, MD. The salesman who helped us is Bret Grant. He is without a doubt the best salesman we have dealt with anywhere, and we are old enough to have purchased many new cars in our lifetime. Bret treated us as if we were purchasing $100k Porsche. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and truly excited about his products. It was a pleasure, and Bret will be the only phone call we make when it's time to purchase our next new car. Luis Linero was also extremely helpful, efficient, and friendly. It is a pleasure to do business with Fitzgerald in every respect. More

Not only did I get a great deal there was never any pressure and they made sure every small detail was taken care of. Amazingly Well Pleased With Beetle Purchase I was very apprehensive about purchasing a new car since I have not done so since 2001. Car dealers are notorious for ripping people off; especially w I was very apprehensive about purchasing a new car since I have not done so since 2001. Car dealers are notorious for ripping people off; especially women. However, I visited Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Annapolis, met Breton Grant and what a breath of fresh air. I went with the intention of only checking out the car and in a matter of about three hours I was driving out with a brand new car. Bret is courteous, knowledgeable, patient, engaging, down-to-earth, and definitely not pushy. He made this experience so effortless for me and his warm spirit made it comfortable to trust him as well as the process. He was so gracious in that he gave me a tutorial on understanding all the technology on my car and even told me I could call him if I needed more assistance. I totally recommend Fitzgerald but without trepidation I highly recommend Bret as a dealer. If looking for a car please go see him, I promise you will not be disappointed. Marietta More

great purchase experience! I was on my way to buy a CRV but I stopped by the Fitzgerald Volkswagen dealership to check out their SUV. I was impressed how Breton Grant was able t I was on my way to buy a CRV but I stopped by the Fitzgerald Volkswagen dealership to check out their SUV. I was impressed how Breton Grant was able to show us their 3 models, let me do a test drive, gave me a quote on my trade in (done by the rest of the VW team while I was driving) and walked me through all my options in one hour. After I left the dealership to test drive a CRV at the Honda dealership, I returned an hour later and Breton Grant had prepared the VW Tiguan in prevision of my eventual return. He closed the sale and I drove away at 9:00p.m. with my new car. Thank you Breton Grant, great purchase experience! More

Purchase Experience I was in the market for a new VW Diesel and test drove both a Jetta and Passat at Fitzgerald a couple of weekends ago. The salesperson was helpful an I was in the market for a new VW Diesel and test drove both a Jetta and Passat at Fitzgerald a couple of weekends ago. The salesperson was helpful and informative and understood I wasn't ready to buy at that point and in no way pressured me. After deciding upon the Passat SEL Premium, I did my homework on Edmunds and Kelley Blue Book and got prices from most of the VW dealers in the DC/Baltimore area. The initial price quoted from Fitzgerald was competitive with the other lower prices in the area and I came to understand a very straight-forward price (price included rebate & destination fee) leaving only the tax, tags, and dealer processing fee to factor in. This was not the case with other prices that were quoted to me from other dealers. Bret Grant was assigned to me through my Edmunds' inquiry. He came in to meet me late on a Friday even though he was off and when I presented him with the lowest price I'd gotten from another dealership, he quickly worked with the sales manager to gain my business. They met the other dealer's price and gave me what I consider a very fair trade-in for my 2003 Passat. Bret is bright, professional and very knowledgeable about VW products. The sale proceeded quickly and smoothly and while both Brett and the Finance Manager, Luis Linero, offered me a variety of additional options/packages to purchase, neither pressured me in any way; they just laid out the options in an informative way. Bret spent an additional hour+ showing me all the features on the car and how to use them. He has since gotten back to me on additional questions I had and the one (only one!) feature he didn't know about when we did the initial orientation. I recommend the Fitzgerald VW staff with whom I worked. More
