I had the most amazing car buying experience at Northside Lexus today 10/22/22. We spoke with Michael Featherstone Sales Consultant on the phone and communicated by text as well. Michael is so different from any Car Salesman I have ever met in my 34 years of buying cars. Michael is honest, respectful and very polite. Michael sent us pictures including the window sticker. Northside Lexus has no mark up and they don’t add dealer equipment fees like many dealers are doing. We drove 3.5 hours from Austin to Spring Texas to buy our first Lexus RX 450H from Michael because we trust him. We met with Brent Penn the Finance Manager who was fantastic, honest, friendly. There was no pressure to sell any products. Lastly we met with John Makrakis Delivery specialist/technology dept. He is polite, respectful and friendly. That was the best on-site personal tutorial on our new RX 450H. John was excellent covering everything on the vehicle, all the technology which helped me feel so comfortable with our new RX 450H during my drive back to Austin. John took his time and we were never rushed at all. John answered all our questions. John Makrakis is excellent at familiarizing the customer with the vehicle. What a phenomenal team. To the owner, Michael Featherstone, Brent Penn and John Makrakis are an asset to Northside Lexus. More

Extremely customer friendly and would recommend the overall experience as good. The salesman Jesse B. was patient, thorough, knowledgeable and managed the purchase transaction with extreme efficiency. overall experience as good. The finance manager Brent P. helped us with unlocking or credit freeze and was able to get us a great financing rate. The only negative was the new ES had a scratch in the paint that had to be repaired. The scratch was noticed by the customer while in delivery area and receiving vehicle technical orientation. Recommend for improvement would be for the dealership to fully inspect new vehicles for any defects before presenting to the customer. More

In the past I have had some less than pleasant experiences when buying cars from dealerships, and so I was a little apprehensive when I went to Northside Lexus after seeing their advertisement for experiences when buying cars from dealerships, and so I was a little apprehensive when I went to Northside Lexus after seeing their advertisement for a particular used SUV I was interested in. To my surprise, the subject vehicle was priced very competitively and I figured it had to be in top notch condition for them to even put it on their lot. The next pleasant experience was the young, but very personable and extremely professional salesman, Jared States. I felt like I was being treated as if I were buying their top-of-the-line new car! There were no attempts to “up-sell” me, nor was there any pressure put on me to “buy today because it may not be here tomorrow” tactics. After having “kicked the the tires” on the vehicle the previous day, I made an appointment with him for my wife to see it and drive it. Upon our arrival, the car had been further detailed (although it really couldn’t be made much cleaner than it already was) and was waiting (and cooled down for us) along with Jared, at the front of the dealership. Due to my past experiences with other dealerships, I was now expecting the low ball trade-in offer. But instead, I was offered more than I anticipated. And the interaction with Brent Penn, the finance manager, was a continuation of the overall pleasant experience. He worked with us to get the payments where we told him we needed to be and for the duration of financing we wanted. We felt very confident that he was working on our behalf to get us the best interest rate available. I will definitely put Northside Lexus at the very top of my list when the time comes for me to purchase another car, whether a top condition used car or one of their trademark Lexus vehicles. More
