It started out good after I purchased my Mustang, but went down hill when I caught Dan, a service advisor, slamming through the gears on my manual transmission at warp speed. I had just completed the paper work after a warranty service call and received my keys. When I asked him what the xxxx he was doing, he told me he was moving my car out of the way. I replied pretty hard to do when I am holding the keys. This was idiotic and a total disrespect of my property. I have since taking my service work to another Ford dealer. Screw their life time engine and drive trane warranty for brining all my service work to them. Dan is a weak link for New Brighton Ford. More

I just had bad luck with a used vehicle. Unfortunately the service shop could not diagnose the all problems. I’ve decided to use a different service center that has correctly diagnosed the Unfortunately the service shop could not diagnose the all problems. I’ve decided to use a different service center that has correctly diagnosed the issues and they are currently getting fixed. The used vehicle was absolutely not test driven and looked at very closely. I would not buy a used vehicle again at this dealership. But I’m not saying they are bad, I just had a bad buy. More
