I can’t say enough good about my salesman- Brent Deal and Heartland Chevrolet. After visiting 4-5 different dealerships, Brent at Heartland was the clear winner. Brent doesn’t come across like your typical high-pressure car salesman. More so a consultant that has the buyers best interest in mind. The process was quick, seamless and stress free. On top of all of this, the price was extremely fair, and they didn’t charge a bunch of xx-fees like others do. Since my purchase Brent has followed up with me twice to make sure I’m completely satisfied, and to ensure I don’t need anything else. It’s been hard finding a 3/4 ton truck due to the chip shortage. Heartland took care of me and it was all done by phone and e-mail. First time I was at the dealer was to pick up my new truck. I would highly not recommend this dealership. I was trying to work a deal that I already have financing for, over the phone with Brent Deal, who argued with me that their website does not say they will trying to work a deal that I already have financing for, over the phone with Brent Deal, who argued with me that their website does not say they will give $2000 over KBB instant cash offer, when it does. I called and spoke with another gentleman Jacob Jackson who was VERY nice and let me know that he could help me out and explained I needed to bring the vehicle in. So, I drove the 2 hours in and the receptionist very kindly greeted me, but the friendly customer service was definitely not there from anyone else. A different Jake grabbed the keys for the vehicle, but was receptive on handing them to me and told me he unlocked it so I could go look at it, but reluctantly gave me the keys when I asked for them. They then tell me that there is not another $2000 that they will add even though there is no damage or issues with my vehicle and told me “it doesn’t matter why we’re not giving it to you, we don’t have to”and walked away. In the mean time of waiting for the finalizing of the appraisal, I could hear Brent standing at the counter behind me trying to talk disrespectful to another employee because I asked for another salesman. Absolutely the worst dealership experience More
