Purchase experience was good but vehicle quality control is lacking. Had to spend over $1,000 to replace front & rear brake pads and the rear rotors less than a week after purchasing the vehicle. Also had t is lacking. Had to spend over $1,000 to replace front & rear brake pads and the rear rotors less than a week after purchasing the vehicle. Also had to replace the brake fluid as that notification was active once I learned how to use the system. VW of Gainesville should have replaced the front & rear brake pads and replaced the brake fluid prior to selling. Manager, Bree, contacted me saying she would look into it and get back with me but 3 weeks later, no response. Once deal is done, they don't care! More

Hanna n camera sold me a 2021 Nissan frontier n failed to tell me the truck was once totaled n had a remake title t not original . How people do this others is total fraud liers n deceiving to customers then tell me the truck was once totaled n had a remake title t not original . How people do this others is total fraud liers n deceiving to customers then don't even fix or take truck back .put me in a new truck with real title but they doing nothing no one wants a truck with bad title n has been totaled n rebuilt they trying to kill me in a un safe truck it says on car fax think before u get cheated general manager blow smoke had 5 moths 3 weeks still not fixed the issue or replaced money or replace truck no one wants a total vehicle that u fixed I don't Believe this truck only had 9000 miles to many states it's been through scammers that scammed me to get rid of there junk titled truck that was once total . I just want them to make right but as long as I have this truck it's not made right n there is not a dealer that will take this truck for trade in been to 2 dealers they said same thing they cannot take caus of title n total on car fax More
