Trailer hitch cover was promised, but not received, I purchased one from Amazon overnight. The most egregious part of our experience is that there is a recall for a condition of the engine that has caused injuries and death, along with mechanical failures. How and why was this not upfront and shared? Is Henry Brown a service center for this repair? More

Price was competitive for the vehicle but finance process was shady. Instead of showing me the final number we began by signing my trade in.
