Best car buying experience I was looking for a used truck that fit all my needs. I looked at 100s of them all over the country and I found a few matching what I wanted online. I was looking for a used truck that fit all my needs. I looked at 100s of them all over the country and I found a few matching what I wanted online. I called Taylor Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to ask a few questions about a truck I saw they had online and was put in touch with Brandon Scroggins. He professionally and quickly answered all my questions. We quickly negotiated quickly over the phone. I was planning on bringing my own financing but after talking with the finance manager Craig Courtney, he was able to put together the financing I needed to fit my circumstance. I've never bought a vehicle where I haven't felt that feeling of I being saled by a salesman or wasn't being pushed into a product or terms I didn't want by the finance guy. I never had any of those feelings with these guys. Definitely top notch and the best car buying experience i've ever had. It was worth the 4.5 hour drive to get there. More

Brandon worked with us to answer all of our questions, and make sure that I was getting exactly what I wanted. I had lots of questions and Brandon made sure to answer them all. He was very accommodating about letting me take the van overnight to make sure it fit my unique needs. We checked with other car dealerships about both their selling prices and the price they offered for my trade in van, and both were solid offers that no one else could match. The only glitch I encountered was that because it was used, there was only one key. I wasn’t happy about this, and Brandon followed up with the seller to get the other key back. I sincerely appreciate that and the other ways that Brandon went above and beyond to make my car buying experience the best. More
