The sales associate Brandon was very friendly and trustworthy. He allowed my wife and I to take the car home overnight to test drive. I would highly recommend him in the future. I would have liked the dealership to work more on selling cars and not on selling extended warranties and gap insurance. The finance office did work with us some to help us get a better deal but it came at a cost. Instead of money off the car we saved on the extended warranty. The delivery from the finance department could have been more professional. Overall I would recommend your dealership in the future. I appreciate people who trust their customers and treat them with respect. More

We are so thankful to have someone like Jim Crosswell involved in our purchases. We never have to worry if we are being taken care of. We know Jim is always looking out for our best interests. In addition, the salesperson (Brandon Scroggins) is top-shelf. He is so dedicated to his customers. He treats us like family. Brandon actually came in on his day off to help us. We will always ask for him and Jim Crosswell accommodates. Also, Tony Hendershot in finance is a great guy and explains everything to us. It was my daughter's first vehicle purchase and I co-signed for her. Jim, Brandon, and Tony took any anxiety out of the deal and my daughter just enjoyed the process.
