Brandon was amazing! I walked in nervous and unsure of how this experience would go. You assume going into a dealership that they are going to be pushy and not respect yo I walked in nervous and unsure of how this experience would go. You assume going into a dealership that they are going to be pushy and not respect your wishes/needs... pleasantly surprised! By far one of the best experiences I've had. Brandon and Ray were respectful and understanding of my situation. They bent over backwards and made things work in my favor, drove away with what worked for my needs and in my budget. Back story... searched online for some time for vehicles in my realm. Found vehicle at Taylor, messaged, set up an appointment via online, they called and confirmed, emailed as well to confirm. Weren't overwhelming with appointments but made sure that neither of us were wasting our times. I respect that. Showed up, did the test drive. Impressed with the courtesy of most employees. Test drove, happy, sat down for paperwork and necessary discussions. In the wait time(understandingly so for paperwork operations) heard a table over with a couple knowing their exact limits and hearing the salesman not giving a xxxx and just pushing and pushing the limits with their budget. Very thankful for the team I had, sad for the couple next to us. I know one bad seed can ruin a lot of things, but thoroughly impressed with my experience. I never felt like I was being taken advantage as a woman. I absolutely would return and do it all over again. More
