Since we moved into the area in 2019 we needed to find a Dodge dealer to keep up the maintenance on our Chrysler Pacifica. We found Taylor Dodge. It's always a painless visit when we bring our car in for service. Everyone in the service department was always very pleasant and professional. So we were looking to possibly trade in our vehicle and stopped in to talk with a sale person. We were fortunate enough to have Brandon help us with the process. Brandon went out of his way to find a solution to what we needed to do. So buying a new car was not the best option for us so Brandon suggested that we might be better off refinancing the car we have. Brandon helped to make that happen. So even though we did not purchase a new vehicle the refinance worked out just fine. Even the finance person was very pleasant to work with. As I am writing this review I cannot help but remember something my father always said. A good business becomes a great business with the right team of workers. It's like a fine time piece. That's how I see Taylor Dodge. I would recommend Taylor Dodge to anyone. A great team to work with. When we stopped in at Taylor Dodge we were looking to lease or purchase a Pacifica Hybrid. Unfortunately things did not work out. The salesperson Brandon that we were working with went above and beyond. lease or purchase a Pacifica Hybrid. Unfortunately things did not work out. The salesperson Brandon that we were working with went above and beyond. Brandon is a salesperson that my wife and I will definitely work with in the future. Zero pressure, but lots of determination. Brandon was able to work out refinancing the Pacifica we were looking to trade in. It's all good. We were able to drop off 6 months of payments and lower our payments by $200.00 per month. Brandon even had our car cleaned while we were with the finance person. So all in all when everything was said and done everything worked out exact the way it needed to. Great group of people to work with. We will definitely be working with Brandon in the future when the time is right. We want to thank Brandon for going above and beyond to make things happen. More
