Everyone I met was very outgoing. There was no pressure/rush for a sale. There was an extended wait to see the finance folks but everything worked out. That poor check you “sent” must be to the wrong address? I’ve been dealing with their promises since the beginning of Aug! Don’t let their FB page or the reviews here fool you. They removed all the negative things on FB and I don’t see my review on here either. Buyer Beware! Oh and don’t buy the insurance and pay it all up front, even though they say you can cancel it at any time, they still haven’t given us our money back. Which isn’t saying anything good about such a high end company!! More

With new ownership, service is horrible!! I have purchased new tires, new wheels and/or 4 wheel alignments every year for 5 years and keep having the same issue every year. I do not believe I I have purchased new tires, new wheels and/or 4 wheel alignments every year for 5 years and keep having the same issue every year. I do not believe I received proper wheel alignments. After year three, I requested BMW do whatever was necessary for me to quit returning every year with this same issue. I was told again, new tires, new wheels and 4 wheel alignment. So I did. A year later, same issue! Replaced again!! This year, same issue!!!! This time I went somewhere else and found out Rear Shocks were my issue. Another wheel alignment, new tires, and this time rear shocks. Management had no compassion for these mishaps and told me there was absolutely nothing they could do about it. I think his name is Brandon. I have been a customer at West County BMW over 10 years and NOW service is horrible More
