I really liked my salesperson, Brandon, but I was underwhelmed with the buying experience. The dealership was always busy and every visit, I was left to wait in the lounge for a minimum of 15 minute underwhelmed with the buying experience. The dealership was always busy and every visit, I was left to wait in the lounge for a minimum of 15 minutes, even when I had a scheduled appointment. There were no available finance members to meet with me and I ended up having to have conversations by phone. For the expense of the car, I did not feel like my time was valued or that my business mattered to the dealership. I briefly met the manager when I put down my deposit and then never saw or heard from him again. The management truly needs to give the sales team the support needed to ensure customers are greeted timely, made to feel appreciated and able to have discussions in person. More
