Hello, my apologizes for not responding sooner. New details have come to my attention. As it turns out Morries 394 Hyundai was not participating in the Costco program involving CPO vehicles. When I inquiried about the vehicle, apparently they were participating, but when I purchased, they were no longer. The Costco program was not mentioned in the vehicle information discussion, so when I asked the salesman about the program, he showed no cost sheet, nor the blue book value. I was not familiar with the program, nor the protocol involving the purchase. The finance agent gave me a discount, but not through the program. Something that can be done that I would prefer, is to have the vehicle service contract with National Auto Assurance II,inc contract number VN2J226396 voided, and a full refund of the purchase amount of $2136.00 please. Hi, we’ve been emailing back and forth already. While you’ve been able to help with some of my frustrations, we cannot deny that I was sold a car with less than 3mm brake pads and that your financial guy gave me lots of attitude for not wanting your $5,000 warranty. I explained I didn’t want the warranty due to the outrageous price and that my family can do lots of the repairs. He proceeded to ask me if “my family knows how to repair electronic car parts” mentioning that my old 2006 is way far off from the 2019 I purchased. He said even some of your mechanics have the warranty because they don’t know how to fix it. If that’s true, you should hire some new mechanics. Why would I want to bring my car to your mechanics who can’t fix it? I was also never shown the inspection checklist and never signed an “as is” clause. Clearly the inspection was done incorrectly and I am suffering the consequences when I did nothing and was misinformed. Thank you for your correspondence and efforts, however, I remain frustrated.
