Here is some correspondence between Angela and I: "Thank you for the video Angela - absolutely exceptional. My concern now is that I brought the truck in for a power steering fluid leak 2 weeks ago, a detail video was provided, which assured me the leak had been identified with recommendations. The initial cost was almost $2k but studs were broken, which Toyota could not replace, leading to a discount. I then had to hunt down stud replacements - spacers are discontinued; this was painful. From my perspective it seems that I spent approximately $1,550.00ish the first time - had the studs not been snapped it would have been closer to $1,900.00, and the problem wasn't remedied. I received a second video with new recommendations and additional $1,800.00 - one TPMS was replaced and the tire pressure relative to the other tires is still low. There was payment for diagnostic, labor and parts the first time. This seems like the work, which I brought the Tundra in for the first time, was not completed. Angela, now I'm being counseled and advised into spending an additional $600 to $1,800.00 dollars to fix the same problem again. It seems as if I'm being charged twice for the same problem/issue. It was not done correctly the first time. Please Angela, help me out here." Angela, you are an exceptional employee, who represents Toyota very professionally. After I sent the aforementioned text I did not know, where I stood with the dealership, but you took care of me. You guys searched for the truth and backed it with facts. In conclusion you saved my family and I hundreds of dollars and resolved the issue. Thank you and God bless you Angela Priester. More
