He was great with keeping in touch throughout the order process and kept me i experience purchasing my new BMW especially Bradford Gerhart and team. He was great with keeping in touch throughout the order process and kept me informed each step of the way. Also, having several young children, he understood my time was important and helped minimize the time spent filling out paperwork by having most of what was needed filled out beforehand.
