YES, you should buy a car from Braden. Not only does he know information comfortable enough to feel safe purchasing the car of your choice, but he takes the time to get to know his customers, and he’s very know information comfortable enough to feel safe purchasing the car of your choice, but he takes the time to get to know his customers, and he’s very personable. I don’t always like going into dealerships because I feel swarmed by sellers, but with Braden he never pressured me into any purchase and I feel like I’ve made a friend in me. We chose Toyota of McKinney because of the email my husband received from Braden when we first started researching Toyota’s. He simply asked how we would like to communicate and that email stuck in my husbands mind when we finally decided to go and really look at a new vehicle. Braden we very professional from the get go and really wanted to make sure we were happy and got something that we were going to love. Picking a vehicle was the easy part, then comes the negotiation, Braden turned what can be a super stressful situation into what we actually considered some what fun. We knew what we wanted and he hung in there until we were happy and kept us laughing through it all! We want to not only thank Braden for his service in the United States Army, but for the awesome service he gave us as well! More

He was patient and helped us find the perfect vehicle for a great price. I was shocked that he had only been in the business for a few months. He knew every little detail about the Highlander. The vehicle was ready for a test drive as soon as we arrived to Pat Lobb's. Braden pointed out many features of the vehicle (performance & safety) and how they differed from previous models.
