Brad and Andre further improved my experience by teaming up with Jay to ensure every question was answered, the test drive was informative, the desired options were delivered on the new vehicle, and even beat out a major military financial institution for the financing options. Based on my car buying experience over the years, this was a first for me! The complete staff was always courteous and available to assist if ever they thought I needed any attention. The actual delivery prep on car was phenomenal. Preparation of the car was beyond my expectations from selection to turning over the keys on a very well detailed 2011 Grand Cherokee Overland! Having a military background, I'm always cognizant of the details and Heritage did not disappoint. As for the price, I received a very competitive rate on the trade-in and some additional reductions on the new car that just made the entire deal feel solid. I left the dealership feeling completely satisfied with the agreement and not one single question or reservation in my mind. I know for sure where my next purchase will be or my next referral to family and friends on where they should look first if ever in need of a new car and excellent service. I needed a new car quickly as I had a horrible car accident.Wanted a Grand cherokee as that was what I had and it saved my life. Nick and Brad were extremly helpful and courteous. They explained the Town and Country features and benefits well. They stayed in contact with us while we comparison shopped. Nick also drove to a Laurel dealership in order to pick up the color that we liked. We have three kids and had to bring them with us during the paperwork process. Both Nick and Brad were very patient and understanding when we had to take a moment to entertain our children. This is the 2nd vehicle that we have purchased at Heritage and I would highly recommend them. More

After a frustrating several weeks in attempting search After a frustrating several weeks in attempting search for a 2010 Chrysler 300 through a competing dealership with whom we had dealt previously for After a frustrating several weeks in attempting search for a 2010 Chrysler 300 through a competing dealership with whom we had dealt previously for over 9 years (with very little feedback, to our disappointment, from the dealership), we turned to Heritage Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep in Parkville. We already knew about Heritage's reputation because our other vehicle (a Honda) was purchased at the Parkville location as well. (It should have been a no-brainer.) After making an initial contact via the Internet in the morning, we were called in less than 10 minutes with an offer to secure the desired vehicle and were invited to come to the dealership to see the car without obligation. Additionally, an excellent Internet discounted price was quoted at the same time. Imagine ... all within a few minutes! A few hours later, we arrived at the dealership (with the desired car on display) and a final negotiated price was made and a very fair appraisal of our old car was done. Once that was done, the new car was taken to be waxed/detailed to be put into show room condition. By the time all the necessary papers were signed as arragements made to have a a few minor details to be done (Lo-Jack, etc.), the car was ready to take home. We found Messrs. Scammell and Drummer and the rest of the staff to be very professional, friendly and courteous. Sadly, we were once treated that way by the other dealership with whom we dealt for over 9 years ... but no more. Our only regret was that we should have explored the Heritage dealership at the same time when we had made contact with the competitor. Given the reputation of Heritage's Honda service, there is little doubt about what the service should be for the Chrysler. Our thanks go to Heritage Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep for a job well done. More

The process for a new car started one year ago in October. I emailed and made contact with Mike Kydd. As it turned out, we ended up waiting another year. During that time, we were not pressured to October. I emailed and made contact with Mike Kydd. As it turned out, we ended up waiting another year. During that time, we were not pressured to come in and buy immediately. Mike understood where we were. A year passes and we finally get ready to buy. I contact Heritage by email and get into contact with Brad. Due to the nature of my job, email is the best form of communication. I would email a question, or two, or three, and Brad would get right back to me. He answered my endless questions. We went in to test drive a 2010 Town and Country. He reintroduced us to Mike. We went on a test drive, after Mike patiently answered endless questions from my wife. He highlighted the benefits of the vehicle. He was a fountain of information. We left after the test drive, due to the needs of our small children. They were fine with that. Again, no pressure. We touched base by email the next day, setting up a time to sign the papers. Thanks to Arandre, we were out of the signing in 25 minutes. This was great, for we had to whisk our son to soccer practice. Essentially, their customer service met every need and demand we had. They bent over backwards to work with us. Need to communciate by email, they did. Need to arrange a certain time, they did. Need to stagger the paperwork due to kids' schedules, they did. Simply, it was an outstanding trio to deal with. They made us feel as if we were appreciated and that we were important. They are highly recommended. As a matter of fact, I have already told this tale to my colleagues at work. Plus on top of the service, we walked away with a wonderful vehicle. More

Brad was great. Jay did his best with the rain and computers crashing. He covered most items. Lorraine worked through all the power surges just to reboot and reenter our information. WE were all getting tired and weary so I guess is the reason we seemed a little rushed at the end. More
