This is the second Subaru Forester that we have purchased in the last four years from Subaru of Las Vegas. On both occasions Mark Durmiendo has taken the lead and insured that both my wife and I had a painle in the last four years from Subaru of Las Vegas. On both occasions Mark Durmiendo has taken the lead and insured that both my wife and I had a painless, stress free, experience. Mark is without a doubt a very knowledgeable and professional sales person. As senior citizen buyers Mark took the time to clearly explain every detail ensuring we did not have any unanswered questions or that we did not understand exactly what we, as buyers, needed to do to complete the purchase process in a smooth and timely manner. When it was time for the financing portion of the process Brad Grunwald from financing took over and, again exhibiting the same courteous and professional attitude Mark, walked us through the multitude of paperwork in a stress free and extremely timely manner. The dealership’s appearance, attitude, and ethics are top notch! The entire purchase time was pretty good, 2 1/2 hours total! I love my new Forester Sport and trust the Subaru quality for performance and longevity, which brings me to the reason I gave overall star of average. Both Jaine and Bryan, managers in financing, failed my confidence for two reasons. 1. My $ 1000 deposit paid 2 months prior, was “forgotten” on calculating my final purchase price. 2. I got a real snub by both managers mentioned because I didn’t buy any of the warranty packages! I have no hard feelings for the errors and will recommend SUBARU OF LAS VEGAS to everyone. After all WE ALL are human, we just need to do our jobs in the best interest of our customers! Thank you for listening. More
