tires I bought a 2017 focus from bolaj adeyemi he did a great job but that's were it stopped I needed a used car so he told me about a 2010 focus well it ha I bought a 2017 focus from bolaj adeyemi he did a great job but that's were it stopped I needed a used car so he told me about a 2010 focus well it had a flat tire and key fob didn't work so after 3 hours I told him I want two NEW tires in the front and a key fob he said If I put to new tires on the car and a key fob you will buy it I said yes he said we have a deal two new tires and key fob I said yes I even went over my payment by 27 dollars to get it that was Saturday came back Monday to get it I wanted to see it was getting washed I signed the papers went out to car NO tires I asked why he said he didn't know Justin said he put anew used tire on it he didn't I found out when I got home and it was going flat the next morning it was flat took it back they fixed it for free big deal drove the car 52 miles and engine light came on took it back they said thermostat is sticking 450 dollars to fix I have a feeling they knew about it now the back brakes are bad and leaking fluid I guess the one finance guy was right that's what happens when you buy a cheap car as is I wanted to give the car back and buy a brand new car Justin said the loan was done by looking in a folder it wasn't because the loan couldn't go though till I sent then 3 months of income statements lies after lies cant no answers but I don't know from everyone I am not going away till I feel I can get what I was promised More

It was very disappointing considering being falsely led I was falsely led to believe I was able to finance a vehicle through this dealership. Considering the fact that I have kept this in for over a month, I was falsely led to believe I was able to finance a vehicle through this dealership. Considering the fact that I have kept this in for over a month, I felt like I should break my silence. I came home from Spring Break, looking for a vehicle to finance. I talked to one of the representatives, and told them my situation (being in college), and what I could do, and they said they could work with me. Learned my lesson not to listen to representatives, but the bank. So later on, I was at the dealership a few times with the Rep to discuss the vehicle I had inquired about and was interested in financing. So, once I went through with the information, I was led to believe that the vehicle was mine, and all I had to do was sign the papers and drive it off the lot with no downpayment. Actually, the representative had me to come earlier, having me to believe the car was mine, and the papers had to be signed to drive off the lot. The next day, I scheduled to come to the dealership to pick up the car, and hours before I was to show up at the place, the representative told me it was not mine, and claimed that multiple "other reps" from this dealership constantly called me to no avail. However, according to my phone records on the 2nd of March, there were no calls towards the dealership other than a text message sending me the VIN of the vehicle I was "approved for" to sign and drive off the lot. In other words, I was very disappointed that I was falsely led to believe that this vehicle was mine, without giving me proper protocol on the steps of financing the vehicle. I had hopes in this dealership until this moment, and inasmuch as I would recommend not going to great lengths of discouraging other people, I am very saddened by this. I hope no one has to experience this ever. More

The Old Bait and Switch Spoke with salesperson through text for two days. I was very clear what I wanted and was also talking to another Ford dealer that was similar in pric Spoke with salesperson through text for two days. When I sent them the competitive quote gave them the vin for my trade which they already had in thier system as it is leased through Ganley Hyundai. They told me they would beat that price. I repeatedly told them do not waste my time by having me come in if you are not going to honor that price. They said they would do it. My husband went in and the price was 100 more a month with double the down payment they told me. They told me they had an error in thier system with the year of my trade. Mind you they had my information for my trade in the system as well as my vin number. They had no intention of honoring that price they wanted us in the door. I had already passed up a deal with another Ford dealer on the basis that they were going to honor thier quote. Poor business practice that to me ruins any integrity this dealership had with me. I will go elsewhere for my cars from now on. The worst part is I get a Ford discount it should have been an easy sale. More
