Bobby is the worst service employee I have ever met. He lied constantly and tried to trick me into believing that there was more being done to my car than there actually was. He tried to trick my husban He lied constantly and tried to trick me into believing that there was more being done to my car than there actually was. He tried to trick my husband over the phone about what was being done to my car and was extremely rude to both of us. It got to the point that he became aggressive when I only wanted to know what I was being charged for and I had to ask for my car back and find somewhere else to service my car. I will never bring my car back to this dealership. I do not understand how someone like this has a job in customer service. More
