I like the upfront discussion when reviewing alternative solutions to maintenance upkeep on my vehicle. I would have liked to have talked to someone directly when I picked up my vehicle about the issues noted on the receipt that showed I was required to have certain items taken care of -- though I did place a follow-up call and received the answers. Overall, a very nice dealership with an abundance of amenities for the Lexus owner. More
