Service advisor had no business card and told me his phone number was on the invoice. The number on the invoice was the dealership, not his contact number. Then when I finally reached the service advisor after I got home, he said I could install it myself, which I could not. Now, I have to make a separate trip back to the service department to take care of something that easily could have been done while I was there. I was disappointed to say the least! More
