Disappointed with service. On August 7th I dropped my 2019 BMW X3 for service as it had some scratches on both front doors as well as the left passenger side back door. These scratches were already on the vehicle when I picked it up the first time. I spoke with Carol and showed her exactly where the scratches were. I left the car and was given a loaner car. Carol said I would receive a call once the car was ready. That same day, late afternoon, I received a call from Carol who advised that I could either pick up the car that evening or the next day. I told her I would pick up the car in the AM. On August 8th at about 6:45 am I arrived at the dealership to pick up my car and turn in the loaner car. When they brought my car to me I checked the car to make sure all the repairs were done. The biggest scratches on the passenger back door were exactly the same. The service manager came out and saw the scratches and advised me that I would need to bring the car back again and they would repair it. He advised that Carol would call me to set up an another appointment On Friday late afternoon, August 9th my husband called to tell me that Carol had called him to set up an appt and he asked her to call me, which I received no call that day. The next day, Saturday, August 10 I had an appt with Terrence to go over the vehicle features again. When I arrived I saw Bobby who had sold me the vehicle. I told him what happened and that I had received no call to set up another appointment. Bobby advised me that he would reach out to Carol. It is now Sunday night and I’m a little disappointed and frustrated that no one has gotten back to me to set up another appt. I had also inquired about weather mats for the front and was given a price for two different kinds. I’m very disappointed that BMW would not through in the mats for their customers on a new vehicle. I will wait for a call to set up another appointment to drop off me vehicle. Thank you, Susan Azevedo More

Finance department ruined it My sales rep Bobby was great. He took his time and never pressured us. Answered every question and when he didn’t know he found out and got back to us. Problems started once the finance person started pushing us to use them instead of my local bank. I told them what I was being offered by my local bank they insisted on us giving them a try. They promised they could match or beat the offer I received. I went ahead and gave them a shot. They proceeded to send me a blank application over regular unsecured email. When I asked why no info regarding the car i was purchasing was listed they said it was standard to do things this way. I insisted on the details of the car be listed and they continued to refuse saying again that it was normal. I reluctantly gave in. Immediately after I completed the application alice came back and said the rate was higher than what I had stated I was receiving. She had also already submitted it to BMW bank so they could run my credit. I was lied to and my credit was application was submitted based on information that was a complete manipulation. I reached out Raymond the GM and explained my experience. He too said it was standard. Unreal. He said he would look into the matter and get back to me the next day. It’s been about 5 days. Great customer service from the leadership. More
