Start Date: 1982-05-15 Hometown: Evergreen Park, Illinois; where the sun never sets, it’s always sunny! I have been in the car business for 45 years. I’ve been at Oak Lawn Toyota for 42 years. When I graduated from college, I started selling cars, and I thought it was only going to be temporary. Not too many people leave Oak Lawn Toyota :). Ronnie Colosimo is a wonderful man to work with and for. He has respect for ALL of his employees. I have been married for 40 years. I have a beautiful daughter, three cats, and a 24 year-old “shark”. My first car was a 1967 Ford Mustang Coupe in Maroon. My favorite car we sell here at Oak Lawn Toyota is a Toyota Tacoma. My hobbies are carpentry and stained glass artistry. My favorite movie is The Great Escape. My favorite band is The Doors. My favorite television show is The Rockford Files. I enjoy eating ANYTHING from Palermo’s Restaurant on 95th

Luis Novoa who helped us put the hitch on our brand new Toyota sienna was very unprofessional and after we showed him how we had paid for a brand new hitch we had received one that was scratched and even d Toyota sienna was very unprofessional and after we showed him how we had paid for a brand new hitch we had received one that was scratched and even discolored from the big scratches on it (not yet even driven it home yet) he just replied with: “it will get worse on the road with rocks”, instead of acknowledging that they had given us a hitch that was completely scratched. We are really disappointed and dissatisfied with the way we were treated by Luis Novoa over at oak lawn Toyota. More

I am 80 years old and have never owned a Toyota before. I've gone to many dealerships throughout the years but none of them compare to the service I received at Oak Lawn Toyota. When Bob Spee introduced hi I've gone to many dealerships throughout the years but none of them compare to the service I received at Oak Lawn Toyota. When Bob Spee introduced himself to my wife and I he was very courteous, professional, knowledgeable and you could tell right from the start passionate about his work. I told Bob initially that I knew nothing about Toyotas. We went to his office where he patiently took the time to answer in detail any questions I had. Bob also made sure that I understood all of the options before giving us a good deal. The wife and I like our new Toyota and cannot thank Bob enough. More
