I found this dealership on line while looking for a car and they had just the car i was looking for, the test drive did not go well due to a minor issue that I pointed out, instead of ignoring my concerns and they had just the car i was looking for, the test drive did not go well due to a minor issue that I pointed out, instead of ignoring my concerns and trying to sell me the car anyway they immediatedly stop the process to have the car serviced. I was surprised 2 days later to get a call from the owner apologizing that the car had this minor problem and giving me an invitation to come take another look because i told him i was still interested. i went back and i was blown away by this low mileage, one owner, clean carfax, car of my dreams. Having brought many cars in my day I knew that I was now at the part I hate most, but once again I was surpised . I told them what I want to spend and less than an hour later i was driving away in my new to me Mercedes Benz. Hands down the most enjoyable car buying experience that i have ever had. I found a family owned car dealership that cared more about me feeling comfortable with the car buying process than selling me the car. I have recommended this dealership to everybody i've talked to since!!! More

The entire buying experience with the purchase of my 2008 Jetta was great. The dealership is owner-operated so they pay particular attention to detail and customer satisfaction. In fact, the owner of the company, Bob, washed my Jetta personally! One other note; There was an issue with one of the window motors in my car and Auto Direct Cars repaired it as promised. They really go above and beyond today's standard of doing business. Great hands on owner-operated company. More

Service was pretty great, Chad and Bob were both very helpful answering all of my questions and about the car. I was looking to get out of my 2009 Hyundai Elantra because I need more Space ( I have 2 toddlers with huge carseats). I found Auto-Direct on line and saw a 2011 Hyundai Sonata LTD, fully loaded for a because I need more Space ( I have 2 toddlers with huge carseats). I found Auto-Direct on line and saw a 2011 Hyundai Sonata LTD, fully loaded for a great price. I called the dealership and spoke to Bob and explained what I wanted to do as well as the resources I had available. Bob suggested that I come out to see the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I arrived on the lot and met Bob, we went for a test drive and I knew this was the vehicle I wanted. Bob put me in contact with Chad. Chad was able to secure financing for me which proved to be a challenging endeavor. He set me up with a great rate as well as a great lender (no fly by night operation). I am so very pleased with my overall experience that I will recommend this dealership to all of my friends and family that are i the market for safe and dependable transportation at a very affordable price. Auto Direct has a customer for life now! More
