Bob knew when we purchased the Dodge Ram that we had initially intended on a vehicle for me..not my husband..but the deals at the time on the Rams was to good to pass up. When this one came up for the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee...once again Bob and Palmen did us a great service price wise and customer service wise. My entire family has a relationship with Bob and it is definitely a reason that we continue to shop at Palmen Motors. The greatest moment for me was when the Owner of the dealership commented on what nice car I'd chosen and how great I looked in it. The deal was already done..he didn't have to come over and say a thing...but...that's how they do things at Palmen...made me feel special to have him do that... More

I just want to say I like my new vehicle. I had an accident and was without a car. Bob Pisciotti came in on his day off.. Actually picked me up at my house and drove me to Palmen. I know this did not benefit him as much as the sale would have the next day. I actually told him it wasn't imminent to have the car that day. But he understood my situation and acted in a selfless manner making sure I was good and satisfied. I personally like the staff at Palmen and recommend everyone I know to Palmen and Bob Pisciotti. More

I went in blind, but needed a new car because me previous vehicle needed major work and I wasn't willing to put that amount of money into a 1999 Grand AM. Even after the sale, I was urged to call if even the littlest thing was not to my satisfaction. Definitely recommend. I was referred by a friend who had a positive experience with Ted and Bob, so when I called I asked for them by name. More

Bob Pisciotti Sr. sold three vehicles to me (2), and (1) to my daughter. We are both extremely happy with the great deals we received at Palmen, but we are even happier how well we were treated by Bob Pisci to my daughter. I'm 66 years old and I've purchased at least 100 cars in my time. Normally I hate salesmen, but when I met Bob, that all went away. Bob is one of the most honest and caring salesman I've ever dealt with. He bends over backwards to keep his customers happy. I've been back to the dealership several times since I/we purchased our vehicles. Bob says "call me first whenever you have a problem or a question with your purchase". I've never had a salesman ever say that to me, never. Bob even gave us his personal "cell phone" number so we get a hold him 24/7 should a problem arise. Bob is most definitely the most caring/professional salesmen we've ever known. Bob's not only my/our salesman, he's our friend. Both my daughter and myself will most certainly be back again. We've already told a few of our friends about our experience at Palmen. As a matter of fact, the Chrysler 300 that I just traded in today at Palmen may be purchased on Monday by a personal friend of mine whom I told all about all the people at Palmen. As far as Ted Hendrix, Doug Jackson, Paul Parise, Sandra Sarwin, Chris Lecount, and Joe Leonard goes, they all had a big part in making us feel at home. No pressure at all, and they help make our visits fun. We're from Racine and we know there's a "Palmen Chrysler" dealership in Racine and we also know we could get our cars serviced there, but when we go to "Palmen Chrysler" in Kenosha, we feel very much at home at the Kenosha dealership. We have fun with the guys there. They all seem to know when we're coming in and they go out of their way to say hi. Best of all, Andy Palmen actually came out on the floor and talked with us about out purchases. We've met him several times. It's just a real pleasure going to Palmen in Kenosha. More
