Today we had our car serviced at Toyota of Wallingford. They are so great with the work they do on your car. Really they are the only dealer I would trust with my car. Their work gives me peace of mind when we are traveling knowing we will be ok on the highway. Besides the work on the car the people in there are the greatest. They always treat you like the first time you came in very outstanding people. If you have a question someoe will get you an answer, from Steve Sr. and Steve Jr. to one of the workers. We have been dealing with this company for years and I have never had a complaint. If you really want someone you can trust with your car and what kind of deal you are making then go to Toyota of Wallingford, especially in todays world. More

My latest Toyota of Wallingford buying experience was great. This is my third Toyota vehicle that I purchased in the past 13 years and second from Toyota of Wallingford. While my last buying experience (8 years ago) was not the greatest, I ended up purchasing that car from Middletown Toyot, this experience was great. I worked with the internet team of Ron Jackson, Sam Gettings, and Celina Mason and they made what I typically refer to as a visit to the dentist, almost fun. Most of my interaction was with Sam and Celina. They were both very friendly and fun to work with. I normally do my research and visit multiple dealers to get pricing. However, this time I never left the Wallingford facility. Celina worked with me to price the new car and my trade so that we both were satisified with the deal with minimal effort (a little more than an hour). I went to the dealership knowing what I wanted to pay, without trying to flease the dealership and with a little hagling teh deal was done. This was a welcomed surprised given my last experience eight years earlier. I would strongly recommend working with the internet team to negotiate a deal or at a minimum get a comparative price for the vehicle that you are purchasing. I would also strongly recommend the Wallingford Toyota service department. I have been using them for all 13 years that I had a Toyota vehicle and plan on continuing the relationship. Bob and Katie are very friendly and extremely helpful. I have never had any issues with the service that was performed on my cars and the cost is fair, not something that you expect from a car dealership. More

This dealership, the people that make it what it is, blow the preconcieved notion that Dealerships and car salesmen are sly and try to rip you off right out of the water! I bought my Highlander there three years ago, in that three years I have been to the dealership several times for car service. The BEST staff ever. I never mind going there and they are so helpful and friendly. And I dont get the impression that they are just 'friendly' because they have to be. They are genuinely nice people. They have gone out of there way to help me many times. When my son's 1989 camry was on its last leg I said lets take it to Toyota for a diagnostic. They pronounced it dead and rightly so. We met with Naeem who was so sweet and reassuring of our situaion. He helped my son purchase his first car from a dealership. We drove out with a 2008 Scion and it was a great experience. Paul Soloman the finance guru there who also did my finance for my highlander, really set us up with an affordable payment plan. Explained all the options and totally took the stress out of financing a car. I have told them there that I dont look for where to buy my next car, I know where... there! Whatever they are doing they need to keep it up, its a great place. More

I had some type of black holes hanging from my car on the right hand side under th tire. I was driving down Colony Rd in Wallingford, CT when I seen a toyota dealer ship and said to myself,let me see if the right hand side under th tire. Bob and Irvin was GREAT,I could not tell them what was hanging nor could I tell them what I hit, I don't remember hitting anything, well Bob being the GREAT (funny) guy that he is , say to make me feel better that's what happend here at toyota parts just fall down on your car (I LOVE HIM) he also said if my husband come by , he would not tell my husband he seen me (SMILE).Anyway to make a long story short, Bob and Irvin are GREAT and as long as you have the two of them working for you , you will always have WONDERFULL RATERING . I go to the dealership in New Haven/Woodbridgewhich which they are wonderful too, but it good to know I can get the same services right here by my job in Wallingford. Greeted with friendly personnel. Loaner car waiting for me. Car fixed to my satisfaction. I could not ask for any better service. I always owned Fords and their service was very good. Sales department was awesome, 5+. Service is terrible. They always provide a half of service ordered by me, justifying it with a lack of time. When I showed up on the weekday afternoon next time, they changed my oil by failed to rotate wheels, saying I need an appointment. Last time I went they put a hefty scratch on my passenger door. Nice work fellows! Service manager seems to be the only reasonable person in this department. I would never send a friend for service over there. More
