Bob Hill was amazing! He was patient and informative. He allowed me to look at several vehicles before I decided on what fit me best. It was my first Lexus experience -never driven one before- so it was imp allowed me to look at several vehicles before I decided on what fit me best. I must say we had a pleasant experience at Lexus of Brookfield all thanks to Bob. A very patient and hands on sales man. When I first visited the dealership I was satisfied. They day I came to pick up my car I was disappointed. I waited over an hour before I met with the finance guy. The salesperson clearly wanted to just make day I came to pick up my car I was disappointed. I waited over an hour before I met with the finance guy. The salesperson clearly wanted to just make a sale didn’t review all the necessary additions and it appeared that he was clearly over worked. He did have a nice demeanor and he took care of the front bumper and front windshield. The finance guy was not clear on what needed to happen and I get a call a month later stating I owed money when I clearly ask several times how much was left owed. I explained several times to the salesman the issue with the glass in the trunk first he said he would look into it then we would talk again he forgot that I asked about it then asked what did I want to happen. I just said forget it. I came to the Brookfield location because I had a bad experience at the Glendale location. I do however love my 2017 Lexus. More

A very nice dealership, under construction at the time of my visit. Should be really nice when completed. The sales staff were all very good and professional. I bought a Jeep Wrangler, the next day th of my visit. Should be really nice when completed. The sales staff were all very good and professional.
