This was our first time purchasing a Lexus after sticking with another competitor. While there are a lot of great cars on the market Bob Hill explained the equivalent (or better!) service Lexus would be pro with another competitor. Bob was also a great listener, explaining mechanical/comfort/cosmetic features of different models based on how we use the car from commuting to entertaining to traveling. We will definitely be using Lexus service and are looking forward to enjoying the details of Lexus that make it such a great car to drive. More

I went to Lexus of Brookfield to shop for my second Lexus trading in my 2017 NX 350H. My experience with Bob (Bert ;-) Hill was great.
