I purchase my 2011 Camaro from Elkins and the price seemed fair.I agreed and the nightmare began.First they tried to slip by me a Gm buyers retention rebate that customers names show up sometimes.They seemed fair.I agreed and the nightmare began.First they tried to slip by me a Gm buyers retention rebate that customers names show up sometimes.They didn't tell me and tried to bombard me and get me to sign it!I caught them and they were forced to issue me the rebate.(Caught).Second phase of the nightmare came when I got a letter threatening to report me to the credit beaurau because They never paid off the trade in!(Brother dealing with same issue now.Would never buy from them again!I had to pay a payment.I lost alot of money in extra interest that Elkins wouldnt pay.Part 3 of the nightmare,because they never paid anything my tags wernt in and my temorary registration was expiring that day I went there.Jason Elkins told me to drive on the expired registration.I was going away and refused.He angrily sent a runner to Runnemede NJ,to get me the tags for my car!I figure mistakes happen and gave them the benifit of the doubt,but so sorry I did because I am dealing with a bunch of rude,ignorant Owners and workers.So sad that Owners and emploees do not care about keeping customers.I hope everyone they treat the way they treated me and my family files complaints with Chevrolet,The BBB,and dealer rater so that no one has to go through what we are! More

I received a very fair deal for my used vehicle. I traded in for a car for my son who was extremely satisfied... The Dealership allowed me to shop, test-drive at my pace and remained there later than busines in for a car for my son who was extremely satisfied... I hated to see my Tahoe go, but Bob and Skip were able to make the experience worth it! My son LOVES his Malibu! This was my first experience with a buying a new car and Mike (compared to many other dealerships) was extremely honest. My father always says he just wants a dealership to be straight forward with him abou Mike (compared to many other dealerships) was extremely honest. My father always says he just wants a dealership to be straight forward with him about prices and that's exactly what Mike did. He helped us get our rebates and everything we asked for. My father is ridiculously hard to get to agree to any type of expensive sale, ask any other dealer or house salesman. Mike also pulled out every car we asked to see for us without any hesitation. He was patient and had absolutely no cocky attitude at all. All in all you could tell that Mike wanted to make the customer as happy as he could. Thanks to him we left Elkins Chevrolet with a beautiful Chevy Cruze. More

After accumilating almost 200,000 miles on my 03 Silverado, I was contemplating purchasing a new replacement. I have lived in the Marlton area for almost 40 years and have purchased several vehicles Silverado, I was contemplating purchasing a new replacement. I have lived in the Marlton area for almost 40 years and have purchased several vehicles from Elkins Chevrolet in the past as well as trusting them to the larger repairs and maintenance items. I have always been treated as if I were their only customer and this visit was no exception. After finding the right truck with the right color and options, I sat down with Jim Horan to discuss the specifics. Within minutes it was clear that Jim knew the details of the new Silverado from top to bottom and side to side. Jim and Joe Capra found all the incentives that were available and gave me a great trade in value as well. The dreaded paper work came next. In the past, it seemed that you could buy a house faster than a new vehicle. Bob Borman was able to get this done effortlessly and explained everything in great detail. When all was signed and I was ready to drive away, Jim jumped in the passenger seat and helped set up the On Star and bluetooth. This was by far one of the best, if not the best, car buying experiences to date. I would absolutely recommend Elkins to anyone. I almost forgot, I ordered the remote start and bed rail protectors and was told that the items needed to be ordered. I was surprised when Adam called the next day to set up the installation appointment. Matt in service got me right in and out and even had the truck washed for me. I could'nt be happier with my new truck. More
