I went in wanting a Colorado Z71 and the previous dealership was trying to get me in the WT model, did not look into any discounts for me or anything. The experience was bad. The following day I spoke to Terri Parzyck on the phone and told her what I was interested in and made a trip to Elkins and met Todd Hersh. I told him what I wanted and soon presented me with the ride I was going to drive off with. What I really liked about Todd was his passion for what he does and he made sure that I got every discount possible to get me in my payment range. Unlike my last experience at the other place. After all was said and done Todd made the process very easy and smooth. Mike Bilbow has great passion as well when it came to all the technology that is built in the truck. Like Todd he is very passionate about what he does. His detail in explanation is superb. He ran into one little issue that resolved itself with the GPS system (which was probably because my wife and I bought a new construction home and our address was not available yet.) Yet he did his research and reached out to me with his findings. HE REALLY CARES ABOUT WHAT HE DOES! Not every deal can go perfect and Todd and I ran into that with the GM Supplier Discount which by no means is Elkins fault. This is here Bob Borman comes into play. To make a long story short we battled for 3 weeks to get this code, and Bob drove me nuts with this by always reminding me "I KNOW YOU QUALIFY FOR IT". Once I was able to retrieve the code it made everything after smooth. Overall the experience was great, and in so many ways the issue with the GM Supplier Discount program just showed me how passionate the Elkin's team is at making sure their customers and satisfied. God Bless this team! They are amazing at what they do! Looking forward to working with these guys in the future! More

To my surprise, Bill, Bob and the rest of the sales team quickly put my worries aside and went above and beyond in assisting me with the purchase of my new to me Silverado. Couldn't be any more happy with my experience and my vehicle. After being turned down numerous times by other dealerships, Bill was very patient in allowing me to make a dream come true. A Great Experience Once Again I just purchased a beautiful 2016 Camaro convertible that is Certified Preowned after looking for a car for several months. My salesperson Todd Hersh worked with me during this period to help find me the perfect car. Todd was always accessible even on his days off - even coming in on his day off to show me a car. When it got close to purchase Todd and Adam Elkins worked with me on the purchase price. Bob Borman was great having the car shipped out of state for me to a secondary home (which just happens to be two blocks from another Chevy dealer) and Lisa Hulmes was very helpful completing the financial part of the sale. Of course I can't forget to mention a super nice guy Mike Bilbow who helped me with the technical aspects of the car including Apple CarPlay. I definitely will continue to purchase from Elkins Chevy. What separates them from other dealers is the family atmosphere that exists at Elkins between the owners and the employees. They truly are a great group of people who treat their customers like friends. More

We were greeted by a friendly receptionist and introduced to Jason. He showed us what we wanted and went thru all the ins and out of the truck. He actually sold us on something we weren't sure we wanted but know it will fit our family perfectly. The process took a while but everyone was helpful, and friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a Chevy to go see Jason. More
