Great experience! It was time to trade in my Chevy Trailblazer, and I was dreading the experience of car buying. When my husband and I started the process, every dealer It was time to trade in my Chevy Trailblazer, and I was dreading the experience of car buying. When my husband and I started the process, every dealership we went to it was the same experience, pushy sales people with bait and switch tactics, treating us like another number. Needless to say, it was exhausting and we were feeling defeated. After talking to family members and friends, Elkins was reccomended to us. WHAT A SAVING GRACE! Michael B. started the process for us, just listening and understanding our needs. He connected us with Lori who was such a delight and educated on all the Chevy options. Instead of pushing, Lori showed the cars we were interested in and provided accurate information allowing my husband and I to make the best decision that would fit our family. Once our decision was made and it came time to fill out the paperwork, Bob walked us through all the documents making the process a comfortable experience. If you are looking for a dealership that is breaking the stereotype, Elkins is the way to go! More

How many cars can one buy from a dealership? We've now picked up our fourth car from Elkins Chevrolet and we love it! After our lease for a '17 Equinox ended we moved into a '19 Equinox. This was We've now picked up our fourth car from Elkins Chevrolet and we love it! After our lease for a '17 Equinox ended we moved into a '19 Equinox. This was a AWD LT with lots of goodies that the '17 didn't have and it bumped our payment up less than $50 a month. Bob Borman really took care of us making sure we stayed within our budget but also getting a great deal. Jeff Schor was also fantastic! Our previous salesman had left the business, so we wern't sure who we'd be working with, Jeff stepped up and made everything go so smoothly. He's a great guy with an interesting past, easy to talk to, we almost forgot we were there to get a car! Speaking of great to talk to, if your looking for good craft beer recommendations make sure to talk to Bob. Thanks for the suggestions!! In addition to these two, we've bought a 2011 and 2017 Cruze from Elkins as well. We're just hoping that there's a buy 5 get one free deal in the works! Haha just kidding (unless . . .) Always great working with everyone at Elkins! More
