We just purchased our new (to us) 4Runner from Blanca and our experience was excellent! We loved the ability to put down a REFUNDABLE $200 deposit to give us 48 hours to mull-over our options before comm our experience was excellent! Another huge plus was the ability to have a pre-purchase inspection done by a mechanic of our choice, and they even delivered the car to the mechanic for us! (Side note here: our vehicle had 48k miles and LITERALLY NOTHING come back on the mechanic report! We were ecstatic!) Blanca was so great through our entire process, never pushy or overbearing and kept us updated throughout the entire process. She is the nicest person and a great sales woman! When we are next in the market for a vehicle we will definitely be looking at DLR again! More

An above fair appraisal, and a slightly below KBB no-haggle sales price, and we had a deal. The initial financing proposals were disappointing, so Blanca and her Manager went to work, and found a lender at more than a point lower than the original groups. Woo hoo! So I now am driving a new used low mileage Accord. Very happy with the car, and very happy with my experience at DLR. Especially Blanca... a polished mix of professionalism, courtesy and concern.
