If you don't pay close attention to the paperwork you'll have another $4k added to financing. Not cool. I'm certain they hike interest rates as well, when the bank would normally offer lower rates if you went directly through the bank yourself. Lots of hidden costs in my opinion. I'd recommend other buyers to learn how to work around them for a better deal.

They also sell vehicles imported from Canada without disclosing it to the customer. There was an issue with the brakes on the vehicle I purchased, and I mentioned it after the test drive. They said it would be taken care of, and it that the vehicle was ready to pickup. When I drove the car home, it was still an issue and had not been addressed. Getting the brakes replaced was like pulling teeth, as was everything to do with this purchase. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership, RUN, don't walk away. Find what you want somewhere else, you will thank yourself later.

Derrick, My name is Randy and I am the sales Manager that worked with you on this vehicle and we were a 100% transparent. We price our vehicles according to the market, not the length of time a vehicle is here. You came in 3 times prior to purchasing this vehicle and was not interested in moving forward. Then almost a week later, you saw the price change and you reached out to purchase but not at the current online price. I explained that our pricing is according to the market not by how long a vehicle is here. If you did not agree to the price, you're not obligated to purchase the vehicle. You did mentioned to me there was a issue with the rotors, My self, the GSM of the store and the Service Tech all drove this vehicle and couldnt find anything wrong, but to satisfy your concerns, i did agree to replace both rotors and break pads. To make sure this was not a inconvenience to you, I sent a driver to pick your vehicle up from your place of business bring it back to have the repairs done and then dropped back off before you got off of work. This was just yesterday on 3/22/23. Randy, you are correct. I was there 3 times. The first time I came in, I drove the car and spoke with Matt (salesman). I left as I wanted to think about spending the money for a bit. A few weeks later, the car was still available and I decided I wanted to come back and drive it again when I had more time (still listed at the original price). This was on a Saturday and I was close to making a deal, but we were off by $500. I had to leave as I had a friend coming over that evening, but told Matt I would be back in touch on Monday. On Monday, when I contacted Matt back to see where we were, the price had gone up on Autotrader by $1,500. So from Saturday to Monday the vehicle had a $1,500 price change. I understand prices can change, but not in the middle of working out a deal. As for the brakes, they were bad, rotors and brake pads. Even the porter that drove my car told me he noticed a huge difference in the performance in the vehicle from before and after the new brakes. You know good and well that the brakes needed to be replaced, and were hoping to not have to replace them and spend the money on the vehicle. You did end up fixing the brakes, and having a porter come to my work to pick up and drop off, but that's only after spending my entire day at your dealership on Monday, my one day off only to find out that you couldn't get the parts that day. You also, after several times asking, wouldn't provide a loaner car to drive which would have made the situation better. Every time you had the opportunity to make it right, you chose to make it wrong and make the situation more difficult. You should have honored the original price, not fought me on replacing the brakes, and been upfront about the fact that the car was imported from Canada. I didn't even know this was a thing!! If the brakes would have been fixed before the vehicle was sold, it wouldn't have been a problem. Sorry Randy, but you have a smug attitude, and perhaps a job in customer service is not suited for you.
