A warranty repair was done on a tech component by Guelph Hyundai last winter and the part they repaired it with broke again this January. I took a day off work to come in, sat in the waiting room for an hour, only for them to then come and tell me that they were wrong to tell me it was covered, I would have to pay for the repair (on their failed repair from a year ago!) and there was nothing I could do. Very frustrating to have taken the time off work to have this work done and to have been lied to about it being covered. More

I came in for a flat tire as it needed to be replaced by the dealer. The service was a walk-in and they were able to squeeze me in their busy day. Armando was very understanding of my situation and was able to fix the original tire with patch work. I as well was able to get a shuttle to and from the dealer aside by Walter.
