The moment that we showed up here, it was an extremely welcoming experience. They immediately greeted us and got to work. The entire time, there was zero pressure. From start to finish, the whole process took around 1 1/2 hours and that includes us test driving the vehicle that we purchased. I felt very safe purchasing from them. The staff exhibited a level of pride in their work and the Henry Brown name that was noticeable by both my wife and I.
